1. To be non-profitable, non-political and community focused health research organization.
2. To conduct public health related activities and awareness programs in community level through possible collaboration with central, regional and local bodies along with national level NGOs and INGOs

To conduct programs in community level promoting areas of health, education, agriculture, phytomedicine, cultivation, tourism etc. with an aim to benefit the society in the longer run mobilizing the country from the community level itself and aid in establishing primary health care centers where marginal people can get direct benefit.
4. To conduct research and work in all areas of promotive, preventive and curative health domains, medical biochemistry, toxicology, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacognosy, clinical trials and bioequivalence.
5. To provide relief funds for people affected from areas of natural calamities and help by initiating post disaster activities which will help to increase their livelihood and sustainability.

To establish well-equipped laboratory with all necessary lab reagents and chemicals for the purpose of conducting therapeutic drug monitoring activity and also contribute in establishing Drug and Poison Center in hospitals along with pharmacovigilance programs and be a platform to provide job opportunities for aspirants.
7. To conduct workshops and learning facilities on scientific research including proposal and thesis writing, data analysis, manuscript writing, publication as well as to provide hands on training on using softwares such as SPSS, Endnote, Mendeley, Graphpad etc.
8. To perform as an advocate in developing policies in improving quality of health care services.
9. To work for increasing compliance and adherence of medicine to patients.
